Very satisfied with the help received because Jacqueline explains why difficulties and solution to remedy them.  Very complete training at a fairly steady pace.

Regular soap making and it's ideal for learning and getting familiar with a laboratory, the raw materials ... 

I am delighted to have been able to benefit from this training alongside Jacqueline who has a gift for teaching and is always in a good mood. Thank you for everything. I would have stayed longer!
